Every Voice Counts Student Forum 2005

During Celebrating Democracy Week in 2005, students, selected from around Australia, made the trip to Canberra to participate in the Every Voice Counts! forum. The forum considered and debated many important political, social and environmental issues and considered, as its key theme, access to clean water as a fundamental human right. In the reports below, the student participants describe their experiences of the event and how it affected their views on civic participation.
