Task 1
Complete the Comparing human rights: Table using a book such as the SBS World Guide or one of the following websites.
The World Factbook, US Central Intelligence Agency
World Almanac, Infoplease
Task 2
Using the information you gather in Task 1, complete one of the following writing tasks. Each task should be about 200 words.
- Write a letter to the head of the General Assembly of the United Nations outlining whether you are pleased with, or disappointed with, the progress that has been made in reaching a basic set of human rights and living standards.
- Write a report that summarises the findings in your completed table.
